These Terms establish a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and the Company regarding your use of the Services (defined below).

- Establish the rules and procedures for the use of the Services;
- Protect the rights and interests of the Company, the User, and other third parties; and

2. Definition of Terms
1. Unless otherwise defined in the individual clauses, the terms used in these Terms shall have the following meanings:
- “Site” means the virtual store established by the Company using information and communication facilities such as computers and mobiles to provide goods or services (hereinafter referred to as “Goods”) to Users, and it shall also be used to refer to the business operator who operates the cyber-mall.
- “User” means a member or non-member who accesses the Site and receives the services provided by the Site in accordance with these Terms.
- “Member” means a person who has registered as a member with the Site and can continuously use the services provided by the Site.
- “Non-member” means a person who uses the services provided by the Site without joining as a member. Non-members can purchase goods without registering as members, but cannot use some of the services provided by the Site.
- “ID” means a combination of letters and numbers selected by the User and approved by the Company for the purpose of identifying the User and using the services by the User. However, you cannot use an ID that is already used by another member.
- “Password” means a combination of letters and numbers set by the User himself or herself for the purpose of verifying the User’s identity and protecting the User’s personal information and transaction information.
- “Discount Code” means a coupon that allows you to receive a discount of the displayed amount or percentage when purchasing goods.
- “Review” means a post of text, images, videos, etc., written by a User after purchasing goods and evaluating the overall quality of the goods.
- “Purchase Confirmation Period” means the period during which the User must indicate whether or not to confirm the purchase (purchase confirmation, return, exchange) of the goods, and it means the period until the 7th business day from the date of completion of delivery of the goods.
2. Terms not defined in these Terms shall be governed by the relevant laws and regulations, and otherwise by general commercial practices.
3. Exploration and Effect of Terms and Conditions
1. The Site shall post the contents of these Terms, the name and representative name of the company, the address of the business office (including the address of the place where consumer complaints can be processed), the facsimile number, email address, business registration number, mail order business registration number, contact information, and personal information management officer on the initial service screen (front page) so that Users can easily see it. However, the contents of the Terms may be made available to Users through a link.
2. The Site may amend these Terms to the extent that they do not violate relevant laws, including the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions and the Framework Act on Consumers.
3. When the Site amends these Terms, it shall notify the applicable date and reason for the amendment on the Site screen together with the current Terms from 7 days before the applicable date (30 days in the case of changes that are disadvantageous to Members) to the day before the applicable date. In this case, the Site shall clearly compare the contents before and after the revision and display them in a way that is easy for Users to understand.
4. Unless there are special provisions in relevant laws or other unavoidable reasons, the Terms amended under Paragraph 3 shall not be applied retroactively before the applicable date.
5. If a Member does not explicitly express an intention to object after the applicable date announced by the Site in accordance with Paragraph 3, it shall be deemed that the Member has agreed to the amended Terms. If a member does not agree to the amended Terms, the Member may request withdrawal from membership. The Site shall not be liable for any damage to a Member caused by the Member’s failure to know the fact of the amendment of the Terms despite the measures taken in Paragraph 3.
6. The Site may have separate terms and conditions or terms of use (hereinafter referred to as “individual terms”) for individual services provided within the services provided, the individual terms constitute a part of the Term, and if there is any conflict between the individual terms and the Term, the individual terms shall take precedence.
7. Matters not specified in these Terms and the interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws and regulations and commercial practices, including the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions and the Framework Act on Consumers, etc.
4. Provision and Change of Service
1. The services provided by the Site are as follows:
- Platform development and operation services
- Information provision and contract conclusion services for goods
- Delivery service of goods for which a purchase contract has been concluded.
- Support services for purchase contracts and delivery.
- Customer response and processing services
- Other services determined by the Site.
2. The Site may change the services it provides for reasons such as changes in technical specifications. If such a change in service affects an existing contract concluded with the User, the Site shall notify the User of this by a method that is possible to notify the User.
3. In the case of the preceding paragraph, the Site shall compensate the User for any damages incurred as a result. However, this shall not apply if the Site proves that it was not intentional or negligent.
5. The Denial of Proxy and Guarantee
1. In the case of a User purchasing goods that the Company directly purchases and sells; the Company will have the status of a seller. In the case of goods that the Company directly purchases and sells, the Site will identify the Company as the seller and provide information to the User.
2. The Company may provide information or content for reference within the Service by obtaining information from affiliates and posting it or in a manner provided by a third party for efficient service provision and convenience of the User. In the case of the same product, etc., one piece of information from the product information entered by multiple sellers may be randomly selected and displayed. However, the Company does not guarantee the truthfulness or legality of such information, and the User must decide and purchase at his or her own discretion and responsibility when purchasing the product.
6. Suspension of Service
1. The Site may temporarily suspend the provision of the Service in the event of a force majeure such as a natural disaster, maintenance, replacement, and failure of information and communication facilities such as computers, or communication disruption.
2. The Site shall compensate the User or a third party for any damages incurred as a result of the temporary suspension of the Service due to the reasons in Paragraph 1. However, this shall not apply if the Site proves that it was not intentional or negligent.
3. If the Site becomes unable to provide the Service due to reasons such as a change in the business line, termination or abandonment of the business, closure of the Site, merger, division, or transfer of business, the Site shall notify the Member in the manner specified in Article 11 and compensate the Member according to the conditions originally presented by the Site.
7. Membership Service
7.1. Membership Registration
- To register as a member, users must fill out the membership registration form provided by the Site and agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
- The Site may refuse membership applications that fall under any of the following categories:
- Users who have previously lost their membership due to a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- Users who have withdrawn from membership within the past 30 days.
- Users who have provided false, incomplete, or inaccurate information in their application.
- Users who fail to verify their identity.
- Users who are under the age of 14.
- The membership contract is considered to be formed when the Site’s approval is received by the user.
- Members must notify the Site of any changes to their registered information within a reasonable period of time.
7.2. Management of Member ID and Password
- Members are responsible for managing their own ID and password, except in cases where the Site is at fault.
- Members must not allow third parties to use their ID and password.
- Members are responsible for any losses or damages resulting from the disclosure, transfer, or rental of their ID or password, unless the Site is at fault.
- If a member becomes aware that their ID and password has been stolen or is being used by a third party, they must immediately notify the Site and follow the Site’s instructions. Members are responsible for any losses or damages resulting from their failure to notify the Site or follow the Site’s instructions.
7.3. Membership Withdrawal and Loss of Membership
- Members can withdraw from the Site at any time. The Site will process the withdrawal request immediately. However, before withdrawing, members must complete or cancel all ongoing product transactions. The Site will not be responsible for any losses or damages resulting from the member’s withdrawal. Additionally, the Site may restrict the member’s termination of the user agreement until the member has fully fulfilled all debts to the Site.
- Upon withdrawal, the member’s membership status will be lost, and all discount coupons, event benefits, and other benefits provided by the Site will be forfeited. Any accumulated points will also be forfeited and will be considered void upon withdrawal.
- The Site may restrict or terminate a member’s membership if the member falls under any of the following categories:
- Providing false information or impersonating others in their membership information.
- Failing to pay for products purchased using the Site, or other debts related to the member’s use of the Site, on time.
- Disrupting the order of electronic commerce by interfering with other people’s use of the Site or misappropriating their information.
- Failing to provide accurate address, email, or other member information, or making it impossible for the Site to contact the member despite reasonable efforts.
- Violating the User’s Obligations set forth in Article 13.
- Engaging in any act prohibited by these Terms and Conditions, the Site’s usage policy, or laws and regulations.
- Violating the Site’s safe trading policy.
- If the same act is repeated two or more times or the reason is not corrected within 30 days after the Site has restricted or suspended the member’s membership, the Site may terminate the member’s membership.
- If the Site terminates a member’s membership, the member’s registration will be deleted. In this case, the Site will notify the member and give them at least 30 days to explain themselves before deleting their registration.
- Even if the Site terminates the user agreement in accordance with this article, these Terms and Conditions will continue to apply to the completion of any purchase contracts that were already entered into before the termination.
- When the user agreement is terminated in accordance with this article, the Site may cancel any transactions related to the member without separate notice. If the buyer paid for the product purchase price with a credit card, the Site may cancel the corresponding credit card sales. The Site may also reclaim any benefits that were additionally provided to the member.
- When the user agreement is terminated in accordance with this article, the Site may refuse the member’s request to re-use the service.
- In order to determine whether a member has any of the reasons for refusing a user application under Article 7, Paragraph 2 of Article 7, the company will store the member’s registration information and service usage information for 12 months after the member withdraws, and will delete/dispose of it thereafter.
7.4. User’s Obligations
- Users must not engage in any of the following acts:
- Registering false information when applying for membership or changing member information.
- Purchasing products using someone else’s name or information, or using the Site’s services under false pretenses.
8. Privacy Policy
The Site collects the minimum amount of personal information necessary to provide the service. The Site will protect the User’s personal information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
The Site may not use the collected personal information for purposes other than the intended purpose. If a new purpose of use arises or if it is provided to a third party, the Site will notify the User of the items of personal information to be used and provided, the purpose of use of the personal information, the period of retention and use, the recipient (in case of provision), and the purpose of use of the personal information by the recipient (in case of provision) at the stage of use and provision and obtain consent. We offer international shipping to 150 countries/regions (as of April 5, 2024).
